About Rachael
Rachael is responsible for the Equity Release department, liaising with financial advisors and guiding clients through complex legal processes and advising them of their legal obligations. To ensure our clients receive bespoke legal advice her team covers the whole of Scotland; meeting with clients in our offices located in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kirkcaldy, Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee. For clients in Inverness and Dumfries we liaise with our Locum Solicitor and manage this process.
In addition, Rachael has gained a wealth of experience dealing with old Sasines titles and registering her clients title in the Land Register through Voluntary Registration.
Rachael is also a member of the management board.
